I've been really pumped to do a raffle/lottery type thing. And since I'm close to 200 watchers, I thought I would do it when I reached 200..
But I'm too impatient! SO this will be a..birthday raffle, to celebrate my birthday on the 17th!
(it's my last year as a teenager ;o; )
